Each Raag Varnam saree is a slow-crafted piece of art, woven by Indian artisans using age-old traditional techniques and inspired by India's musical, emotional, and cultural legacy. We don’t mass produce. Our every piece is limited, meaningful, and made to be passed down like a legacy.
Yes without a doubt, we exclusively work with handloom professionals and artisans from regions like Kanchipuram, Varanasi, Bengal, and Maheshwar. Each of our sarees is crafted with intention, patience, and a deep respect for traditional Indian weaving practices.
You can place an order by sending us a DM on Instagram or through the "shop" page on our website. Once you share the saree you’re interested in, our easy-to-use website will guide you through availability, shipping, and payment.
Yes, we ship across India and internationally. Your saree will arrive at your doorstep, wrapped with care and a touch of tradition, no matter where you are in the world.
We currently accept UPI, bank transfers, and international payments via a few respected payment gateways. For assistance, feel free to message us directly, and we’ll make it as seamless as your saree drape.
We offer select customization depending on the weave, colour, and availability of the fabric. Since each saree is handcrafted, customisation may take additional time. Drop us a message and we’ll discuss your vision personally.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our sarees, we do not accept returns. Each piece is thoroughly quality-checked before shipping. However, if there’s a genuine concern or damage in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the product with valid evidence conforming to your issues, we’ll always try to make it right.
Once your order is confirmed: ● Domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. ● International orders may take 10–15 days depending on the destination. ● You’ll receive tracking details once your saree is on its way.
We try our best to capture colours in natural light, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. We believe that’s part of the charm no two Raag Varnam sarees are ever exactly alike.
Currently, we only provide the saree with an attached blouse piece (if mentioned). Fall, pico, and blouse stitching are not offered at this time to preserve the handmade quality and authenticity of the drape.
To keep your Raag Varnam saree glowing for generations: ● Dry clean only for the first few washes ● Store in a muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight ● Avoid spraying perfume or deodorant directly on the fabric ● Refold occasionally to prevent crease marks on zari or silk Your saree is a legacy treat it with love.

Shipping within India is usually free. International shipping is calculated at checkout or shared on request depending on the country. P.S. - We always try to offer the best, most reliable rates for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs

Because each Raag Varnam saree is handcrafted and made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or refunds. We believe in mindful shopping, to make your purchase smooth in case you have any questions before ordering, we’re here to help guide you.
While we take utmost care in packaging, if your order arrives damaged or with a genuine issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. However our team will ask for: ● Clear photos and videos of the issue and unboxing the package ● Order details ● Once reviewed, we’ll work with you personally to make it right.
We currently do not process exchanges unless there is a defect or error in your order. Please contact us directly if you face an issue, we believe in fair and honest resolutions.

Saree Care FAQs

● Dry clean only for silks, zari work, or natural dyes ● Store in a breathable muslin cloth, away from sunlight ● Refold every few months to prevent crease lines ● Avoid direct contact with perfumes, deodorants, and moisturizer
Yes but please handle it with care. Use a low to medium-heat iron on the reverse side or cover with a cotton cloth before ironing. For delicate pieces, we recommend professional steaming or dry cleaning.
Some natural dyes may release a bit of color during the first few washes. Since we recommend dry cleaning only, color bleeding is minimal and well managed by professionals.
